Male genital enhancement and corrections are sometimes requested by patients. These can also be done satisfactorily in highly selected suitable cases. Some common situations seen by us and corrected are listed here.

Hidden Penis: Sometimes the penis is hidden under an excessively fatty pubis. In such cases liposuction of the mons pubis and partial release of the suspensory [restraining] ligament of penis can advance the length. 

Short Penis: In some cases, the real length is shortened and hidden due to excessive circumcision where too much skin was removed in childhood. Such men can be greately helped by release and skin-grafting, we have many grateful patients. In other cases the short length can be enhanced by a combination of non-surgical and minor surgical procedures. Modest gains are possible.

Girth enhancement: The girth can be augmented as well by painless filler injections of by fat grafting. Fillers can also be used to enhance the glans (the head) for a better definition and feel. Great care is taken in choosing the right individual who can realistically benefit from this and the operation is not generally for everyone.
